What sets us a from our competitors?
The difference starts right at the beginning of your building. Our standard building includes these options.
- Post or columns are suspended in holes and are poured with concrete. This creates a footing underneath for load bearing and a collar tie around them for wind withdrawal.
- Our columns are CCA tr

- Post or columns are suspended in holes and are poured with concrete. This creates a footing underneath for load bearing and a collar tie around them for wind withdrawal.
- Our columns are CCA treated with .60 retention. UC4B rating.
- The columns are spaced 8 feet on center.
- We use 2x6 spruce lumber for girts on the sides of your building.
- Girts are installed 24” on center.
- Standard 2x8 treated grade board.
- High quality non woven housewrap fo a building that has potential to be heated in the future.
- 15” heel trusses. These eliminate the need for knee bracing and also enable the ability to fully insulate out to the wall.
- Trusses are notched then double through bolt to columns unless truss carriers are used for door openings.
- Trusses are spaced 8 feet on center
- Roof purlins are 2x6 spruce on edge.
- High quality lifetime metal on roof and sides
- Factory applied felt condensation barrier can be applied under roof panels if condensation control is wanted.
